ORDER
This petition is filed to modify the condition No.(ii), imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.11/2020 Vide order dated 10.01.2020.
2. The petitioner is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.61 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, and he was granted bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.11/2020, on 10.01.2020. One of the condition imposed by the Sessions Court while granting bail was that the petitioner has to sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore, twice daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. Now, the petitioner, who is a native of Chennai, has filed this petition seeking to modify the said condition, and he submitted that he is ready to appear before any Court or any police station in Chennai.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the trial Court and he has produced the "Condition Compliance Certificate" issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore, to the effect that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of the trial Court, regularly from 14.01.2020 to 28.01.2020.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
5. Taking into consideration the above circumstances and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court modifies the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.11/2020, on 10.01.2020, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
6. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
