S.VAIDYANATHAN,J kal COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.
2. The benefits ordered to be granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.09.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.19686 of 2010 and 7859 of 2009, are said to have been granted to the petitioner vide order, dated 19.04.2016, passed by the second respondent, a copy of which has just now been served on the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these contempt petitions and accordingly, the contempt petitions stand closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.04.2016, in accordance with law, if so advised. 20.04.2016 kal CONT. P. Nos.1808 & 1809 OF 2015
