(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to second respondent to produce petitioner's daughter, G.Mahalakshmi, D/o.Gnanamoorthy, aged 18 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for first respondent and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for second respondent.

3. The second respondent has produced the detenue/daughter of petitioner. She informs of having left the parental home on her own volition but that she now intends to return thereto. Petitioner as also his wife are agreeable.

Recording the said position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
