This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.V. Sundareswaran,learned Senior Standing Counsel for R1 to R4 submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. Despite service of notice to the 5th respondent and his name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
