This matter is listed under the caption for "Without EB Cases"
2. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. It can be seen that the prayer in the petition is to grant recognition for the M.Ed. course with reference to the application dated 30.12.2005. It is not known whether any recognition was granted thereafter or not. If recognition was subsequently granted, then the petitioner's prayer does not survive. Even if recognition was not granted, subsequently the rule position and the authority dealing with grant of approval for the M.Ed. course have changed and therefore no further proceedings can be taken with reference to the original application dated 30.12.2005. As such, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 02.12.2025 2/2 nsl 2/3
