This application is filed for extending the mandate of the arbitrator which had come to an end on 30.01.2021. It is seen that the respondent has issued a reply stating that they are willing to have the time extended by a period of two months. However, considering the fact that the pleadings are complete and evidence in the above matter has to commence, the period is extended by a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The above application is allowed on the above lines.
