The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent herein to register the FIR based on the petitioner complaint dated 10.11.2021 and take necessary action.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner had given a complaint dated 10.11.2021 through online and the same was taken for enquiry in C.S.R.No.448 of 2021. Subsequently, the petitioner had appeared in person and had sought for withdrawal of the complaint stating that he has not pressing the complaint. Based on that the complaint has been closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
