..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass order on the appeal dated 07.02.2017 made by the petitioner fixing outer time limit for regularization of the services of the petitioner from the date of appointment as was done in the case of other Cooks in Thiruvallur District and confer all the consequential benefits.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal dated 07.02.2017 made by the petitioner fixing outer time limit for regularization of the services of the petitioner from the date of appointment, as was done in the case of other Cooks in Thiruvallur District and confer all the consequential benefits.
