2. In the last paragraph of the order, the words "Labour Court" shall be substituted with the words "2nd respondent and before the word "Accordingly", the following sentence shall be added:- " The Authority shall ascertain whether wages have been paid to the 1st respondent from the date of dismissal till date of the order of this Court."

3. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 19.06.2025 shall remain unaltered. 4.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary the amendments and issue a fresh order copy.
