Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's Appeal dated 06.01.2022 to restore her name in Patta for the land in S.No.374/24 an extent of 2475 Sq.Ft. situated at Mangalur Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District within a stipulated time.

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's Appeal dated 06.01.2022 to restore her name in Patta for the land in S.No.374/24 an extent of 2475 Sq.Ft. situated at Mangalur Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.Krishnasamy Chinnasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the writ petition, the first respondent/The District Collector, Cuddalore District has disposed of the Appeal, therefore, nothing further survives in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
