ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai for speedy disposal of the petition in M.P. No. 98 of 2017 in M.C. No. 201 of 2009. 2.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the maintenance case in M.C.No.201 of 2009 has been disposed of vide order dated 13.12.2011 by the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. Hence, he prays to direct the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai for speedy disposal of the petition in M.P. No. 98 of 2017 in M.C. No. 201 of 2009.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned III https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to expedite the hearing in M.P.No.98 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
