When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that he has already filed a memo reporting no instructions for the appellants.

2. It is seen from the records that this Second appeal has not been admitted so far. Since the second appeal is of the year 2010, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.
