Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order in O.P.No.250/2003 dated 23.04.2003 passed by third respondent confirming the notice issued by first respondent dated 13.11.2002 to quash the same and to direct the first respondent to refund the tax collected from the petitioner by passing order on the application for rectification submitted by the petitioner dated 10.03.2000, 24.05.2000 & 11.09.2002.
