2. Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel submits that he accepts notice on behalf of respondent.
3. Captioned CMP is with a prayer for 'Condonation of Delay' [COD]. Delay sought to be condoned is 26 days.
4. Learned standing counsel for petitioners, adverting to paragraph 5 of supporting affidavit, submits that the delay in obtaining legal opinion and filing the Second Appeal occurred owing to Covid-19 situation. Learned counsel, who accepts notice for respondent, very fairly submits that owing to this reason, he is not opposing the COD prayer. The respondent not opposing the COD prayer will not mean that the allegations made against the respondent in supporting affidavit can be put against the respondent. 1/3

This Court, having heard learned standing counsel for petitioners, having perused the supporting affidavit and having noticed that the learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of sole respondent does not have any serious objection to the COD prayer, passes the following order: Delay condoned. CMP ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
