This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records relating to the C.C.No.143 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Neyveli and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that the Trial in this case has already been commenced and witnesses have been cross examined by the petitioners herein. At this point of time, it is not proper to quash the C.C.No.143 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court cannot https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

quash the said C.C.No.143 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli when this case is under the proceedings of Trial and hence, the Court is directed to complete the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
