ORDER
This petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission for observing the Birthday Celebration of Late.J.Gurunathan at his memorial place in his native village of Kaduvetti, Padanilai Post, Pappakudi North, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the daughter of Late.J.Gurunathan, who is the Founder and Managing Trustee, J Guru Social Welfare & Charitable Trust. He further submitted that the petitioner has decided to celebrate her father's Birthday Celebration on 01.02.2020 at his memorial place and hence, the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
already submitted her representation before the respondents on 09.01.2020 seeking permission, but, sofar no order has been passed on the said representation and hence, he requests to direct the respondents give permission to celebrate her father's Birthday Celebration at his memorial place in the native village.
3. Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petition is pending for consideration.
4. Eventhough, the petitioner has submitted her representation on 09.01.2020, the respondents have not passed any orders till today. Hence, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation after giving an opportunity to the petitioner to put forth her case on or before 30.01.2020 and inform the same to the petitioner.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
