J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) We are informed that the civil Court has already disposed of the civil suits in O.S.Nos.338 of 2014 and 249 of 2010. The learned Single Judge quashed the proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. on account of the pendancy of the civil suits. Now that the civil suits itself have been disposed of, there is no need to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

2.We make it clear that the observation made by the learned Single Judge in the order impugned in this appeal would not stand in the way of taking up appropriate contentions by the respective parties before the appropriate forum. 3.The intra court appeal is disposed of with the above observation.

No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
