O R D E R

This writ petition was filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 3.2.2006. 2.The representation made by the petitioner pertains to a complaint made by him wherein, there was some interference in the food outlet that was run by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that a Special Officer has been appointed for the Kalaimakal Sabha through G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 7.01.2022 and if the petitioner has any grievance, he should approach the Special Officer appointed under this Government Order. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner must be granted leave to approach the Special Officer in order to redress his grievance.

5.in view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the Special Officer appointed under G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 07.1.2022 and it is left open to the Special Officer, to deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
