ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made the following endorsement in the Court bundle. "In view of the NCLT order dated 13.07.2022 passed in voluntary winding up petition CP.No.1334/2019, the above writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to reopen in the event of any positive developments".

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made in the Court bundle, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to reopen the same if need arises.
