PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.01.2022 in CSR No.8 of 2022 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.01.2022 in CSR No.8 of 2022 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on the receipt of the petitioner's complaint, no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, CSR.No.8 of 2022 was assigned on 18.01.2022 and the petition is pending for enquiry.

4. In view of the same, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
