S.VAIDYANATHAN,J & KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 13.03.2019 in W.P.No.7326 of 2019.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent submitted that the order passed by Division Bench of this Court on 13.03.2019 in W.P.No.7326 of 2019 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of Respondent dated 15.07.2022 to that effect.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that without providing any opportunity of hearing the said order came to be passed.

4.Recording the aforesaid proceedings dated 15.07.2022 of the Respondent, this contempt petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 2/4

15.07.2022, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

No costs.
