Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for wilfull disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.29280 of 2011 dated 23.04.2012. O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent states that pursuant to the Judgment of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court passed an order in Review Application No.227 of 2015 in W.A.No.352 of 2014 dated 09.12.2016 , already the respondents have taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ steps for settling dues to the individuals. Since large

number of employees are available, they are settling the dues by calculating the arrears and other emoluments. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader undertakes that the dues to the writ petitioner will also be settled in accordance with the order passed by the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court.

2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
