Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of 2nd respondent in its number Estt 2/24958/2004/A dated 20.05.2004 and consequential letter in No. Estt /11705/2005/A dated 02.08.2005 and quash the same and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pay the petitioner the eligible arrears as per the orders of Honourable High Court of Madras in WP 11155 of 1999 after taking into account the calculation of the over time on the single rate and compensation for work on weekly day of rest or holiday as per the note and clause (b) under OT in the schedule of Employees and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner for the post of Accounts Officer Class I (deemed Promotion) and to pay the consequential service benefits including re-fixation of pension, gratuity, computation of pension etc., as per law.
