ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to provide Police protection to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, C.No.7/SDO/CHE/GEN/22, dated 10.01.2023 is pending.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in the current paper that is pending and take a decision strictly in accordance with law. This process shall be completed by the second respondent as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above directions.
