This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the Investigation Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14206 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
