Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 to R3 Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to take appropriate action on the representations dated 31.05.2025, 03.06.2025 and 03.06.2025 and CSR No.147/2025 dated 31.05.2025. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that he has entrusted 35 Kgs of silver for job works to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent has not returned the silver to him and hence, he gave a complaint to the respondent for taking appropriate action, based on which, an enquiry in C.S.R.No.147/2025 was conducted. Since no further action was taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint alleging that he had entrusted 35 Kgs of silver for job work to the 4th respondent but he did not return the same to the petitioner. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.

C.S.R.No.147/2025 was closed on 31.05.2025. He would further submit that it appears to be a civil dispute between the parties. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs.
