PRAYER: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.10.2012 and 10.5.2013 and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 5 to direct the 6th respondent to complete the work of leveling the lake walls and its lake boundaries situated in Survey No.177/1, 182/3 and 193/4 of

Adhikathur Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 made a submission that in respect of the weak portions of the Lake, already the wall had been constructed in order to protect the Lake.

2. It is contended that all measures have been taken to protect the Lake and therefore, the writ petition need not be considered. The relief sought for itself is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation.

3. In view of the fact that the competent authorities have taken all necessary steps to protect the Lake, no further consideration is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
