Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 24.10.2017 issued by the 4th respondent bank in the light of the communication received from the 3rd respondent bank by withholding the petitioner's account and to quash the same, consequently permit the petitioner to operate petitioner's current account vide No.62496289197 with the (State Bank of India, Cherry road Branch, Salem) 4th respondent bank enabling the petitioner to operate petitioner's account for the day-today activities forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O R D E R

When it is pointed out that the nature of grievance sought to be ventilated by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition were in the nature of private dispute between her and the Second to Fourth Respondents and certain other persons which requires to be decided after recording of evidence of the parties on their rival contentions and could not be redressed by invoking the public law remedy following summary procedure under Article 226 of the Constitution, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to institute suit impleading necessary parties before the jurisdictional Civil Court for effectual and complete adjudication of the matter and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn grating such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
