This application has been filed by the applicant to permit the applicant / plaintiff to file a reply to the written statement of the defendant in the above suit.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to the ill-health of the applicant, she could neither appear in court nor give instruction to her counsel immediately for filing a reply to the written statement and for preparing the proof affidavit. Hence, he prays to allow this application.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that to delay the proceedings and keep the suit pending, the applicant has filed this application. He further submitted that if an extension is granted, it should be filed within an additional of 15 days, from the date of filing the written statement and also before the framing of issues. Hence he prays for dismissal of the suit.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this court is inclined to allow this application.
