Respondent Prayer : Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 13.09.2017 passed in RCOP No.1815 of 2010 on the file of the X Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai and confirmed in RCA No.726 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018 by the VIII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

O R D E R

This revision petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 13.09.2017 passed in RCOP No.1815 of 2010 on the file of the X Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai and confirmed in RCA No.726 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018 by the VIII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. This matter had been referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of settling the matter between the parties amicably. Pursuant to the same, the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, after having taken efforts, was able to bring the parties for settlement and http://www.judis.nic.in

KST accordingly, the mediation report dated 24.09.2019 has been sent by the Mediation Centre, along with the Joint Memo of Compromise.

3. I have perused the Joint Memo of Compromise, which has been signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 23.09.2019 is taken on record and it shall form part of this order.

4. By recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 23.09.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
