..APPLICANT/PETITIONER This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased An order to extend the time granted in order dated 01/08/2019 in O.P.No.188 of 2019 for execution of the bond. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This application is filed to extend the time to execute the bond as per order dated 01.08.2019 in O.P.No.188 of

2019. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that security bond was required to be executed on or before 31.10.2019 but the same could not be executed within time because the O.P. papers could not be traced in the office of the counsel. Therefore, the learned counsel requested that the time for execution of the bond may be extended for a further period of two months.

2. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel and on examining affidavit in support of the application, I find that the applicant has made out sufficient cause to extend time. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the time for the execution of the bond is extended by a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
