(CR.NO.4 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to further extend the time limit granted in order dated 04.01.2022 in Crl.MP.No.14493 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.5552 of 2020 passed by this Hon'ble court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GNANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.MP.No.14493 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5552 of 2020 dated 04.01.2022 for executing the sureties.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to illness, the petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
