O R D E R

The provisional assessment order issued by the Assistant Executive Engineer to the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 16.11.2016 is under challenged in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, Rs.50,000/- of the amount had already been deposited by the writ petitioner with the respondent board. On the perusal of the impugned order, it is stated that the writ petitioner in the event of any objection would submit the same in respect of the provisional assessment made in the impugned proceedings dated 16.11.2016.

3. However, now it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent that the process of receiving objections were completed and final assessment order has been passed in respect of the case of the writ petitioner in proceeding dated 07.12.2016.

4. In view of the order of final assessment the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition challenging the provisional assessment order became vanished.

5. Thus the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
