Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus calling for the records relating to impugned Sec.4(1) notification in G.O.Ms.No.210, Industries (M-II) Department dated 10.03.99 and impugned Sec.6 Declaration in G.O.Ms.No.558, industries (M-II) Department dated 16-7-1999 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same which culminated in impugned Award No.3 of 2001 on the file of the second respondent as lapsed and forbear the respondents from proceedings with the Land Acquition in respect of the land comprised in respect of Survey No.73/1 of an extent of 44 cents situated at Karanitnangai within the Panchayat Limit of Vaipur, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also filed a miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.No.179 of 2019 to that effect. In view of the same, W.M.P.No.179 of 2019 is ordered as prayed for and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the other connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
