While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 28.0.2020, this Court directed the learned III Additional District Munsif, Salem, to conduct the enquiry in both applications viz., I.A.Nos.1 of 2019 and 4 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 26.08.2020 from the learned III Additional District Munsif, Salem, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by two months from today to comply with the order dated 28.02.2020 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
