PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the decree and Judgment dated 27.11.2008 passed in A.S.No.68 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Villupuram reversing the decree and Judgment dated 28.06.2005 passed in O.S.No.378 of 2004 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Thirukovilur. J U D G M E N T

A perusal of the earlier orders passed by this court shows that on 17.07.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported no instructions for the appellants and therefore, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellants and print the name of party or the counsel who enters appearance on their behalf after completion of service of notice and accordingly notices were sent. However, today ie., 29.07.2019, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellants. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present.

2. In the facts and circumstances, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
