The additional documents have been listed out in the Judges Summons and a perusal of the same shows that they are Bank Statements for various periods and also Certified Statements by a Chartered Accountant.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the particulars of payments namely the date, mode of payment and the amount paid have been pleaded in the plaint, but supporting documents had not been filed.

3. Under these circumstances, the Bank Statements as and the Certificates of the Chartered Accountant has been produced.
