A.Nos.455 and 870 of 2021 in O..A.No.76 of 2021 A.Nos.455 and 870 of 2021 A N D O..A.No.76 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR,J Today, when the matters were taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent disputed certain items which were already transferred to Pro Visual Audio Private Limited in the year 2018 itself. On 10/8/2021, when the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that if the injunction is not extended, they are prepared to take back all the materials which are removed and kept outside, no objection was raised by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. As the submission made before this Court on the other day as to the ownership and no dispute has been raised with regard to the ownership, this Court is of the view that those items have to be returned. adducing proper evidence before the arbitral tribunal. Therefore, the respondents are directed to return the disputed items which are mentioned, as transferred to Rohini by Prova - AMC and replacements by Rohini since 2018 and also the items shown as maintained by the respondent. The ownership and other things has to be established before the Arbitrator.

3. Advocate Commissioner is requested to do the aforesaid exercise in returning the materials in terms of the order passed by this Court. The Commissioner is free to claim additional remuneration after completion of the work.
