Earlier, this Court by an order dated 01.07.2019 directed the petitioner tenant to vacate the premises 30.11.2019, and posted the matter for reporting compliance during 2nd week of December 2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has vacated the premises and hand over the possession on 29.11.2019. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has also conceded the same.

3. Recording their submissions, the compliance is recorded. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
