When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, submitted that the presence of the petitioner is required for conducting enquiry. He further submitted that there is no harassment by the respondent police.

2.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 20.06.2017 for enquiry.
