ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the second respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint 07.12.2021 to the respondent police and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2021, a preliminary enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.647 of 2021 and the case has been closed on 11.02.2022.
3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to issue a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.
