J U D G M E N T
(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the appellant reports that the sole appellant died and he has not received any instructions from the legal representatives of the deceased appellant to pursue the second appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that even at the time of filing the second appeal the sole appellant died.

3. In any event, the sole appellant died long back. Since no steps has been taken, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
