This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.29888 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition daily for 14 days and theraefter, on every Saturday appeared for 5 weeks.

4. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 6(b) in Crl. O.P. No.29888 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024, is relaxed. 04.02.2025 mjs To 1.The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
