This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the respondents 1 to 10 herein to take suitable legal action so as to close the stone quarries and gravel crusher run by the respondents 11 to 13 herein at Ganapathipalayam Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District in pursuance to the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025, proceedings of the 8th respondent dated 25.11.2025 made in Na.Ka.2143/Kanimam/2025 and the proceedings of the 7th respondent dated 27.11.2025 made in Ka.No.5616/Masu soo po/thana ma kava/Tiruppur (va)/2025."

2. The petitioner is an agriculturist owning cultivating lands in Survey Nos.133 and 184 and other survey numbers to an extent of 22 acres situate at Ganapathipalayam Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District.
3. The petitioner would submit that respondents 11 to 13 herein have erected a stone quarry and crusher nearby his lands. They are breaking up the stones with activated high velocity of gelatin and dust, dirt, explosives, small stones are falling in his agricultural lands, agricultural crops, vegetable plants, resulting in total damage to the cultivation. In this regard, the petitioner has given his representation to the authorities concerned on 14.11.2025. Since there is no response the petitioner is before this Court.
4. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel that an enquiry is underway and that within a period of 2 weeks, orders will be passed. 5/10
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of. The respondents are directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
