Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.K.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to vacate the stay granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13308 of 2018 on condition to pay a sum of Rs.19,000/- to the petitioner/respondent. Since this Court by an order dated 05.10.2018 while granting stay, has clearly stated that if the condition is not complied with, the interim stay shall stand vacated automatically without any further reference this Court, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the interim stay granted in Crl.M.P.No.13308 of 2018 is hereby vacated.

List the main revision on 25.02.2019.
