Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 09.01.2020 and to receive payment from him as per G.O.Ms.No.565 Revenue NA/ANEE u) Department, dated 26.09.2008 passed by the 1st respondent un der the innocent buyers category and regularize S.F.No.95/2, Ganapathi Village Coimbatore District based on the G.O.Ms.No.649 Revenue NANEEu-1(1) Department, dated 29.07.1998 within stiupulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 09.01.2020 and to deal with the same in accordance with G.O.Ms.Nos.565, dated 26.09.2008 and G.O.Ms.No.649, dated 29.07.1998.
2. When the case came up for hearing on 28.01.2020, it was represented on the side of the respondents that the enquiry is going to be conducted by the second respondent on 10.02.2020 based on the application submitted by the petitioner. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
brought to the notice of this Court that enquiry was also conducted and thereafter, nothing had happened.
3. Heard Mr.Rajagopalan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the application submitted by the petitioner had already been enquired by the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass Orders in accordance with the Government Orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this Court.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
