The Writ Petition has been taken as lunch motion. 2.The limited relief as sought in the writ petition is that the writ petitioner had participated in a tender issued by the respondents. To participate in the tender his login ID must be accepted by the respondents and only then he can upload the application form and all other documents. But unfortunately, the respondents had blocked the login ID of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner cannot be prevented from participating in the tender. A direction is given to the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the tender and to permit usage of the login ID viz., smahadevan1989@gmail.com . 3.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is also present. had also undertaken to state that he will give necessary instructions for the login ID of the petitioner to be accepted by the respondents. 4.Recording that submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
