Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue patta for the land situated in survey No.257/2A, situated in Pennadam, Cuddalore District on conducting enquiry as per petitioner's representations dated 17.10.2019 and 18.11.2019 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent to issue patta for the land situated in survey No.257/2A, situated in Pennadam, Cuddalore District on conducting enquiry as per petitioner's representations dated 17.10.2019 and 18.11.2019 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
