The Writ Petition has been directed against the impugned order passed by the State Industrial Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT) dated 11.11.2006 thereby cancelling the allotment Order in respect of Plot No.15/A-26 & 16/A-27 (2.00 acres) allotted to the petitioner and the order dated 20.7.2007 confirming the same.

Mr.K.S.Natarajan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner during the pendency of the Writ Petition has given a detailed representation on 22.02.2019 requesting them to reconsider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned orders for the reasons stated therein. Finding no response for the same, the petitioner has once again given a representation dated 04.03.2019. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the respondent to consider the aforementioned representation.
