This petition has been filed to permit to amend the claim of compensation amount from Rs.8,00,000/- to Rs.20,50,000/- which was claimed in the claim petition in M.C.O.P.No.1086 of 2013 disposed on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, III Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
